I clicked on the link for "school library blogs" and continue to get:

" The server at libraryblogs.suprglu.com is taking too long to respond."

Is this a dead link or defunct web page?

WTF

I am trying to understand this RSS thing and having great difficulty. I went to this http://www.bloglines.com/myblogs site and registered. Now what? I dragged a News site to the tollbar, but can't see what is did. I am getting more confused each time I try to add a feed?

I am not quite sure what to do with this. RSS means Rich Site Summary. Why to I want this? Part of the reason I like the net is because, unlike TV, I decide what to read, when I want to and where. I can't see how being sent stuff on someone elses agenda is what I want. Plus, I already get too many things to read. Why do I need any more. Give me some help here. What is the benefit to me? Also, how do I set this up?

Twitter?

I was at a party on Christmas Eve and during a conversation with the mother of my son's friend, I learned that she, and I had no idea, had a face book page, my space, bebo, twitter and all of that stuff. I had no idea and further more who has the time and why? Do people do it for friendship? Virtual friendship? I can'd see doing it. I really gotta wonder why people do it.

Trading Card Mashup

I used the trading card "Mashup" and created a librarian trading card. It was interesting, although I don't know if it will be of any use. I looked at several other librarian cards. The Card is on the left. I really did't know what to put in the card and I am reluctant to every put a photo of my self or, indeed, and other personal information on the web.

Technology

Well, let me see. Technology. It is refreshing to get away from technology. I do though, like to use photoshop and enjoy using Expression or Dream Weaver. I am, though, having a great bit of difficulty with Groupwise. I can't seem to make groups. Any ideas?

What to write

I can't think of what to write. The weather is a bit cold now and it may rain.
